The hotel has beautiful and very comfortable rooms with huge beds, very clean and well-equipped. The staff goes above and beyond to maintain high service standards, making the stay special. The hotel is located close to Kochi Airport, which was our main reason for choosing it. The site is very beautiful, looking out to the pool area and the patio. The rooms for Marriot club members were spectacular, spacious, and well furnished, facing the main road. The service was outstanding, with managers always ready to help and even apologizing after knowing our discomfort. The complimentary AC taxi shuttle to the airport was a great bonus. Dining in the breakfast was exceptional, and we enjoyed trying different local dishes. The only downside was the pretty awful vermicelli. Facilities were great. The free shuttle service and proximity to the airport were highly appreciated.
